On November 28, Chengdu Xingrong Environment Co., Ltd. released its first medium term notes (MTNs) of 2018. The amount of issue was RMB 500 million, with a term of 3+2 years and a nominal interest rate of 4.10%. All the funds have been in place.

　　The nominal interest rate is 65 BPs lower than that of the People’s Bank of China. That marks the bond market’s recognition of Xingrong Environment, and also highlights a favorable condition for the company to extend its businesses, expand its business scale, increase its financial channels, optimize its capital structure, lower its financing cost, enhance its financing advantages and improve its operation performance.
